  1. Subject characteristics. Resting motor threshold (RMT) as  % of stimulator output. Pain score according to the visual analogue scale (VAS), range from 0 (no pain) to 10 (maximal pain). Greyscales task baseline score determined on 72 pictures without stimulation, range from − 1.00 (leftward bias) to 1.00 (rightward bias)
