Stimulatory effect of NGEN on the activity of K
channels recorded from NSC-34 cells. In (A), cells were bathed in Ca2+-free Tyrode’s solution which contained iberiotoxin (200 nM), apamin (200 nM) and tetrodotoxin (1 μM). Cell-attached configuration was made as the cell attached was held at 0 mV relative to the bath. Channel activity was obtained in the control (left) and after addition of NGEN (10 μM) to the bath.
