Effect of bupivacaine or H 2 O 2 on WDR35 expression. (A) Neuro2a cells were treated with various concentrations of bupivacaine or H2O2 for 9 h. WDR35 mRNA expression was analyzed by qPCR and expressed relative to the expression of GAPDH mRNA.
