The gene expression includes, Aqp1, Aqp4, Slc4a5, Slc4a10, Slc12a2, Car2 and Car3, Atp1a1, Atp1b1, Fxyd1 and was determined by RT-qPCR. The data is presented as AU, mean ± SD. For A, H and I Brown-Forsyth and Welch ANOVA with post-hoc Dunnets were performed. For B, C, D and F One-way ANOVA awith post-hoc Tukey’s test were performed. For E, G and J Kruskal–Wallis test with post-hoc Dunnet’s was performed. The statistics were done on the AU values. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001 (n = 8–10)
