An overview of the study design. Female 8-week-old C57BL/6 J mice were allocated into 12 groups and induced EAE with MOG1-125/CFA emulsion. On the Day 0 and 2 after immunization, pertussis toxin was injected intraperitoneally. The mice were administrated each drug (See also Table 1). Blood specimens were sampled at Day 15 and 30th.
