Channel attention module. Channel attention module weights and reconstructs different channels of input features to extract more accurate feature information. This module can learn the dependency relationships between each channel and perform adaptive adjustments on different tasks and datasets. Specifically, the Channel Attention Module calculates the importance of each channel and applies weighting across different channels so that the model can adaptively select the most useful feature information for decision-making. This process enhances the interpretability and generalization ability of the model and performs better in some complex tasks
