On the postural reaction assessment, all the dogs only in the vehicle-treated group developed a neurological disorder, most prominently in the hindquarters on the third day of the pyridoxine injections. These conditions were maintained until the end of the injections. In contrast, all of the dogs in the control group and the gene therapy group were normal during the postural reaction test (n = 4 per group; **P < 0.01)
