Phylogenetic tree of rhabditid nematodes used in our comparative study of modulated behaviors. The tree is congruent with trees from Kiontke and Fitch [3], based on SSU and LSU rRNA genes and RNAPII large subunit gene sequences. Species shown in red were analysed in this study for food-modulated behaviors and patterns of dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons.
