Anxiety-like behavior in the elevated plus maze (EPM). Bar graphs show the results of the EPM in B7-H1 ko and wildtype littermates (WT). Mice were investigated after chronic constriction injury (CCI) and sham surgery. CCI did not lead to differences in entries into the open arms (a) and entries into the closed arms (b) in B7-H1 ko and WT mice. Both genotypes did not differ in time spent in open arms (c) and time spent in closed arms (d) after CCI. B7-H1 ko: sham: 6 males, CCI: 8 males. WT: sham: 6 males, CCI: 6 males
