Differences in the functional connectivity of the DMN in the PC/PCC. The y-axis represents the mean Z values in the PC/PCC shown in Fig. 3, which was used for the index of the magnitude of the functional connectivity of the DMN in the PC/PCC. The functional connectivity was significantly lower in the glucose loading condition compared with the fasting condition (Z = 2.197, P = 0.014, one-tailed Wilcoxon signed-rank test).
