B Quantification of the area of 8OHDG immunoreactivity above a set threshold in spinal cord slice cultures treated with 450, 510, 660 or 860 nm light. Low (1.93 × 1016), intermediate (3.85 × 1016), or high (7.70 × 1016) (photons/cm2/s) intensities were delivered. There were no significant differences between control and treatment groups. The experiment was conducted three times and data from a single experiment with 8 replicates per group are shown
