Co-treatment with autophagy inhibitors depressed lithium induced autophagy in SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were treated with autophagy-related drugs at various concentrations for 24 h. The induction of autophagy was determined by measuring the LC3 protein levels using immunoblotting assay with antibody against LC3 (b). β-actin was used as an equal loading of proteins.
