The binary quadruplet (column 3) represents the significance of the difference in average correlation (obtained from gene expression profiles) between AD11 (disease affected) and control data in a complex at the 4 different time points (1,3,6,15 months of age). Size is the number of genes in the complex. Only complexes with size > 3 and with quadruplet different from (0 0 0 0) are reported. The complexes are listed according to their size. Significant values (+1/-1) are highlighted in bold.
