Correlation values go from −1.0 (red) to +1.0 (green). The blue arrows indicate that changes in the correlation network are statistically significant only at l month, both from metrics in Table 1 and Table 2. At l month of age, the genes within the complex in AD11 mice are heavily correlated, with the notable exception of Psma7 gene, while in control mice the average correlation is smaller and the only clearly anti-correlated gene is Psmb10. These two genes are highlighted in red.
