  1. Details on the clusters from which time course signals were extracted (Figure 3). For each subject, a gray matter cluster was selected such that it was comparable in size and activation intensity to the corpus callosum cluster under investigation. Note that the cluster size column has two values: the actual size of the cluster from the whole brain analysis, and the size of the cluster used in the time course analysis (in parentheses). See Methods for details.
