In C, the average firing rates are plotted for one minute segments of activity during Baseline (3.7 ± 0.1 impulses.s-1), CGRP (5.6 ± 0.1 impulses.s-1), and Washout (3.7 ± 0.1 impulses.s-1). For the bar graphs in C, standard error bars may be difficult to visualize.
