From: Kv1.1 null mice have enlarged hippocampus and ventral cortex

Size values depict individual mice of the groups: BALB/cByJ-Kv1.1mceph/mceph(m/m), BALB/cByJ-Kv1.1+/+(BALB-+/+), semicongenic BALB.C3HeB -Kv1.1-/- (-/-), BALB.C3HeB -Kv1.1+/+ (s.c-+/+), BALB/cByJ-Kv1.1mceph/+ (m/+) and BALB.C3HeB -Kv1.1-/+ (-/+). The 98th percentile of the hippocampus volume and ventral cortex volume from the +/+ (wild type) mice was set as arbitrary thresholds for enlargement.
