mRNA expression [GABAA receptor subunit γ2/hypoxanthine-phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT)] in hippocampus (CA1/2) and in coronal sections cut through the forebrain at the optic chiasm of Lc/+ (black bars) and wild type mice (WT, grey bars, Mean ± SD) aged postnatal day 14. No statistically significant differences were found for hippocampus or for forebrain (coronal slice at the optic chiasm).
