Drawings of coronal sections through the nucleus accumbens indicating sites of infusion. Injections of EGLU (0.0, 0.001, 0.01, 0.4 or 0.8 μg/0.5 μl/side) were followed by amphetamine injections (20 μg/0.5 μl/side) before conditioning sessions or 0.01 μg EGLU alone before conditioning sessions. Injector sites may appear fewer than the reported number of rats because of overlap of placements. Numbers to the left indicate distance (in millimeters) from bregma.
