Electrocorticographic activity changes in dependence of sensorial stimuli in MDMA – treated rats. Sequential spectral analysis illustrating the effects of (A) MDMA (6 mg/kg; i.p.) and (B) sound (95 dB) + MDMA (6 mg/Kg; i.p.) on electrocorticographic activity in rats. The ECoG activity, evaluated at various times after treatment shows a marked decrease in total power after simultaneous administration of sound (A VS B).
