The outward components of the voltage evoked currents are not affected by octopamine. A. Current-voltage relationship of the peak values of the delayed outward currents recorded on B1 (N = 8), B2 (N = 6) and B4 (N = 8) neurons do not show any significant change in the presence of 10 μM octopamine. B. Peak values of the transient outward current component overlap suggesting no significant change of these currents when octopamine (10 μM) is added to the bath, B1 (N = 6), B2 (N = 6) and B4 (N = 8).
