Indirect immunofluorescence of anti-EEA1 sera induced in SWR/J (top row), C57BL/6J (middle row) and BALB/CJ (bottom row) mice by immunization with purified recombinant EEA1. The immunized mice produced a cytoplasmic vesicular staining pattern (panels a: red) that co-localized with the human prototype anti-EEA1 serum (panels b: green) on HEp-2 cells.
