Rapid regulation of RP L9 transcripts by NGF. A. Elevation of RP L9 transcripts after 1 hr of NGF exposure. PC12 cell cultures were treated with or without NGF for 1 hr and used for preparation of RNA and cDNA. Relative levels of L9 and S29 transcripts were determined by real-time PCR with normalization against levels of transcripts for GAPDH.
