(b) Representative bands from the Northern blot 24 hours after injection shows decreased levels of AGRP mRNA in the group injected with AGRP-siRNA particle compared to the control GFPi-siRNA injections. (c) Quantification of the Northern blot results yields a statistically significant decrease in expression of 50% with the AGRP-siRNA particle.
