Dietary soy phytoestrogens influence on an 8-arm (working memory) task in the radial arm maze. Long-Evans rats (males and females) received life-long exposure to a high-phytoestrogen containing diet (Phyto-600, from conception to adulthood). Number of correct arm choices, in the first eight arm entries (Mean + SEM; average of 2 trials), made by male and female rats (experiment 3) in the eight-arm radial maze.
