The applied antibody recognized a major band corresponding to the Eps8 protein mass of ~97 kDa. (B) Representative coronal sections of the mouse brain stained with primary anti-Eps8 antibody (left), preadsorbed antibody (middle), or without (right) primary antibody (top panel). The hippocampal region is shown at higher magnification on the bottom panel. Similar results were obtained in 4 mice. Scale bars, 1 mm for upper panel and 200 μm for bottom panel.
