The average number of En-positive neurons (mean ± SEM) found in anterior medial brain and T1 thoracic ganglia in WT and frusat15/fru4-40 mutant aged pupae and adults (n, refers to the number of brains analyzed with the hemispheres of the brain counted separately). Differences were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis One-Way ANOVA followed by Dunn’s Method of Multiple Comparison for values within a given region.
