Compared to control group (Panel A-E, Panel K-O), Bax (Panel P-T) and cleaved caspase-3 (Panel F-J) positive cells occur in GCL in 12 hr group. Some Bax or cleaved caspase-3 positive cells show strong RIP3 (arrow head shown). Some strong positive staining of RIP3 did not presence Bax or cleaved caspase-3 strong expression (arrow shown).
