  1. Sensorimotor deficits and body weight loss were assessed before (day 0) and at days 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21 after CCI. Results are expressed as median values and 25th to 75th percentiles for assessments of neurological score, hanging wire tests; and mean ± SD for assessments of body weight loss. N = 11 for Ngb-Tg and 15 for WT per group. In all assessments, there were no statistical significant differences between WT and Ngb-Tg groups.
