miR-125b inhibit NS/PCs proliferation. Cell proliferation was evaluated by bromodeoxy uridine (BrdU) incorporation. Representative images of NS/PCs stained with Brdu (green) and Hoechst dye (blue) 72 h after transfection. After transfection, the NS/PCs were maintained in growth medium until they were fixed and stained. Images were acquired by a microscope using a 20 × objective lens.
