Reduced ACIII labeled primary cilia in the ventral horns of 98d G93A mice. A representative photomicrographs showed that in a WT mouse where all three motor neurons bear primary cilia (figure 7a), whereas none among three motor neurons had a primary cilium in a G93A SOD1 mouse (figure 7b).
