TRPC2 co-immunoprecipitates with IP 3 R3, Homer 1b/c, and RTP1 in the rat VNO. For each condition the antiserum used for immunoprecipitation (IP) was added to the VNO lysates, IP proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and then probed (Blot) with an antiserum against the suspected protein partner. Data are representative for 3-5 individual preparations. Expected Mr = TRPC2 97, IP3R3 >220, Homer 1b/c 45 kDa, as indicated. (A) Homer 1b/c co-immunoprecipitated with IP3R3.
