Distribution of cholesterol and protein in sucrose gradient fractions of neuronal DRMs isolated with different detergents. Equal volumes of primary cortical lysates were incubated with the indicated detergents at a final concentration of 1% (w/v) prior to fractionation by sucrose gradient centrifugation.
