DRRF transcript levels in SK-NF-I cells exposed to hypoxia. Cell cultures were kept either in normoxia or in a 1% oxygen atmosphere for the indicated time periods. Cells were subsequently harvested, cDNA was synthesized and DRRF mRNA levels were measured using a specific Taqman probe. Expression levels were normalized to the RPLP0 internal control gene. All data are expressed as fold changes relative to levels measured in parallel normoxic samples.
