Ech blocked the effect of Chase ABC on the differentiation of NPCs into oligodendrocytes. Hoechst 33342 (blue) was used to stain the nuclei. Scale bar: 50 μm. Boxed area in B showed mature morphology of an oligodendrocyte. (D) Quantitative data demonstrate that the Chase ABC treatment on NPCs resulted in a significant increase in the number of MBP+ oligodendrocytes. Such an effect of Chase ABC could be markedly blocked by the administration of Ech. Data were shown as mean ± SEM of four independent experiments. ** P < 0.01.
